Limited release from 2022 - I prefer this to the committee release Ardcore which is at a higher ABV not sure if the parcel of casks was bottled later and improved a bit for the limited release - more bourbon cask notes - maple syrup and caramels so maybe they used more first fill bourbon for this batch. Lemon, heather, salted caramel - bitter note on the finish

If you were on the fence it’s worth it

Reasonably high peat and smoke & finishes quite nicely. Pair with blue cheese & dried apricots & BBQ
