Winner of Worlds Best Independent Bottler 2024 at the World Whisky Awards - The Heart Cut is a husband and wife team of industry veterans Fabrizio and Georgie, shaking up the industry bottling fun and flavourful World whiskies and Ryes. 

Using a mashbill of 55% Malted Rye and 45% Malted Barley. This whisky is chocolatey due to the Hackney Brewery Chocolate Stout cask maturation and the Rye does not add the usual heavy spice on the finish - instead its like a buttery French pastry.
