Glen Garioch 15y/o 1997 Small Batch No. 12 56.7%abv 30ml

Glen Garioch closed in 1995, in 1997 they restarted distillation to mark the distilleries 200th anniversary and changed to an unpeated fruitier maltier distillate. This small batch vintage bottling was made with some of those first refill and first fill Bourbon casks filled after reopening. 

Bottled at cask strength its pretty feisty - leave in glass for a minute and/or add a drop of water.

Tasting notes - Apples and Pears, muesli bar, vanilla, honey roasted cashew, milk chocolate covered candied ginger.
