THE PALATE

RED BERRIED WINES, DRIED DARK FRUIT, ORANGE ZEST, HAZELNUT OAK WARMTH WITH A TOUCH OF SWEET DARK CHOCOLATE AND RUBY TOBACCO.

THE FINISH BRINGS A LINGERING BROWN SUGAR, ANZAC BISCUIT AND EARTHY NOTES.

Reasonably high peat and smoke & finishes quite nicely. Pair with blue cheese & dried apricots & BBQ

If you get the chance, get a sample.

Heard for a while how good Littlemill’s can be. This SMWS 30yo certainly did not disappoint, the nose on this dram was amazing.
It was a flavour packed palete, that certainly stood out as such a fine whisky.

Awesome dram with awesome service

An absolutely amazing whisky, this Imperial 24yo was flavour heaven. Could see from the second it was poured into the Glencairn that it was something special.

Also the service provided by Horny Pony was brilliant, well recommended for anyone looking for trying some special whiskies.
