A single cask from the Laphroaig Distillery on Islay's south coast, independently bottled under the Wind & Wave series, this expression aged for 15 years in a bourbon barrel, before being bottled up at cask strength. A Barrel and Batch exclusive in Australia.

Nose: Apricots, tarry smoke, freshly baked shortbread

Palate: Tinned coconut milk, roast meats and toasted oak

Finish: Long herbal finish with sweet, savoury and earthy smoke
