Ondjaba Fortified Chenin Cask Finish Namibian Single Malt Whiskey 51%ABV 30ml

Single Malt Whisky from Namibia matured in Namibian Fortified Chenin white wine barrel. The liqueur wine is similar to the style of Spanish sherry. The distillery bottled it at 51.0% abv without using any coloring or chill filtration. The malt was dried with Elephant dung and this whiskey was triple distilled.

Notes from the Supplier:

Nosing: The whisky has smoky notes and nuts on the nose. It smells of fruit and almonds. Toffee comes through. Cherries and plums round off the aroma.

Tasting: The Ondjaba Sherry Style Single Malt Whisky is rich on the tongue. It tastes of spicy tones and nuts. Subtle smoke leads to fruit.

Finish: The single malt leaves behind fruits and spices after drinking.
