 A peated Highland Park from the Independent bottler Goldfinch. Goldfinch is run by the Macdonald-Bennett brothers who have worked in senior positions at Edrington. They have released some stellar high end indie bottles including a 26y/o from Macallan and Highland Park. The Kilnsman's dram and Paloma range is their latest series at a price point mortals can afford. Kilnman's focuses on peated malts and Paloma focuses on malts finished in Palo Cortado casks.

This is a fantastic heather peated Scotch from a famous Orkney Distillery. Aged for 14 years and matured in a first-fill European oak sherry Hogshead. Deep toffee in colour, this sherry bomb will not disappoint. Bottlesd at cask strength, non-chill filtered and entirely natural in colour. Only 146 bottles were taken from this outstanding cask.
