Scapegrace Ephemeral Single Pinot Noir Cask RP9 New Zealand Single Malt Whisky 57%ABV 30ML

Scapegrace is the largest whisky distillery in New Zealand and is pumping out lots of young whisky at a reasonable price-point, however the whisky is not to my taste at all right now. However, this single cask release and the recent LMDW Manuka smoked Single cask show what this distillery can do and it's pretty good. So now I have hope that once stocks mature a little longer Scapegrace will be one to watch and not avoid. The Cardrona and Scapegrace will make for a decent distillery road trip from Queenstown through beautiful scenery.
