Chief's Son Imperial Stout Cask#CX-R3 47.85%abv 30ML

A collaboration from the Mornington Peninsula between Chief's Son and Mornington Peninsula Brewery. A French Oak barrel was used to mature Mornington Peninsula Brewery’s ‘Russian Imperial Stout’ and then refilled with Chief Son's 900 Standard Single Malt Whisky.

Nose: Brown sugar, dry sherry, new leather and tobacco leaf.

Palate: Toasted malted barley, dark chocolate and bold sherry oak.

Finish: Long with chocolate and plenty of stout notes.
