A sherry bomb banger selected for the Flight Club Australia - a planned whisky club that never got launched. Massive shame as the whiskies that have popped up that they planned to release have been fantastic. Some of the 306 bottles that came from this exceptional cask are still available from the Whisky Company.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Milk chocolate, raisins, coffee, dates, black cherries, a hint of tobacco and new leather, soft oak.

Palate: Dark fruits, leather, old cigar boxes, coffee, hits of warm alcohol (a little mouth numbing in a good way), dark chocolate.

Finish: Long and mouth-coating, plum jam, dark chocolate.
