"Distinct Highwayman peated spirit was distilled at Lord Byron distillery before being aged in a Tipo Jerez 125L Mexican sherry style cask that displays flavours of both Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez style sherries, whilst still having that peated HWM DNA running through the back bone. Layers of smoked caramels intertwined perfectly with honey baked ham, salted mixed nuts and hints of dried fruits on the finish. Making the balance of this whisky perfect but also like nothing you’ve ever tasted before."
