Bunnahabhain 10y/o Cask#10898 The Character of Islay 50.1%ABV 30ml

A single cask from the Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay, independently bottled under the Wind & Wave series from the Character of Islay Whisky Company, this expression aged for 10 years in a Sherry Butt, before being bottled up at cask strength. The cask yielded 285 bottles.

Producers Tasting Notes:

Nose: Porridge oats, trail mix, pumpkin pie in a furniture showroom.

Palate: Fabulously outdoorsy, autumnal, damp and earthy, becoming sweet and nutty.

Finish: Gentle clove spice, hazelnut and salty pretzel.
